About Bakubung Bush Lodge:
Pilanesberg National Park, or Pilanesberg Game Reserve as it is often called, is located in the Bojanala region, within the North West province and relatively near Johannesburg. With an area of 550km², it is the fourth largest park in South Africa. The volcano crater in which the park is situated erupted 1300 million years ago. Pilanesberg was originally owned by 3 of the local tribes. Many of the Stone Age and Iron Age sites around the reserve show proof of the presence of man. Today, there are over 7 000 animals, 360 bird species, and more than 200 kilometres of roads.
A mere two hours drive from Johannesburg, and ten minutes from sun city, Bakubung is located in the Pilanesberg National Park, a malaria free, 57,000-hectare reserve where you can see the big five from your room, or on a game drive through the reserve.

Description
Black Rhino Game Lodge boasts 20 Luxury Suites and 3 Deluxe Suites. Each air-conditioned suite offers tea and coffee making facilities and expansive bathrooms including an outdoor shower. The 3 Deluxe Suites features the same as the Luxury Suites but they are bigger in size, includes a flatscreen TV with DSTV, as well as their own private plunge pool/Jacuzzi.
The Black Rhino Game Lodge is on the western side of the malaria-free, ‘Big Five’ Pilanesberg National Park of South Africa’s North West Province, the Lodge provides a beautiful bushveld getaway
Child Policy:
Children under 12 years of age can be accommodated with parents in the same room. The lodge has a limited number of extra beds so it is subject to availability.
0 – 5 years:
Complimentary when sharing with full paying adults, maximum of 2 children sharing with 2 adults. Not permitted on safari.
6 – 11 years:
Pay published child rate when sharing with two full paying adults, maximum of 2 children sharing with 2 adults.
Full adult rate applicable if occupying their own room or if sharing with one full paying adult.
Permitted on safari at management discretion.
12 years and older:
Considered as adults and accommodated in their own rooms. Pay full adult rates.
