Buckler’s Africa Lodge by BON Hotels is located on the southern border of the KrugerNational Park just 6km from Crocodile Bridge Gate in Mpumalanga, South Africa.
The lodge offers luxury self-catering accommodation on the banks of the Crocodile River, overlooking the Kruger National Park. The spectacular wide-open lawns create a feeling of space and tranquillity - which is just the beginning of the Buckler’s experience. As you pass through the lodge you look directly over the river and often see spectacular wildlife sightings right at your doorstep. All units have stunning, high ceilings and beautiful modern finishes. Each unit comes standard with a fully equipped kitchenette, spacious en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, DSTV, patio, private braai facilities in an enclosed courtyard and access to the swimming pool. The self-catering facilities allow for little to no contact with lodge staff, in-house guests or public areas.
However, if you are planning a special lunch or dinner, or just craving a hearty traditional meal, with pre-arrangement the lodge chef is available to prepare a meal in your unit or serve it on your private patio area. The lodge is equipped with 3 superior rooms, each with two single or king beds, en suite bathroom with shower, lounge, kitchenette and private patio, complimented by views of the pool and Crocodile River.
DELUXE ROOM:
Deluxe rooms offer guests a private patio with picturesque views of the Crocodile River. Each of the 8 rooms offer two three-quarter beds which can be converted to a king bed, en suite bathroom, work desk and kitchenette.
2 BEDROOM FAMILY UNIT:
Three 2-bedroomed family units are ideal for those who are travelling with their loved ones, or even a group of friends. The units offer twin and king beds, two en suite bathrooms, a kitchen and lounge and private patio with braai facilities. Family units provide the perfect relaxing atmosphere for well-deserved time off and views of the Crocodile River.
