Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
- Payments are made via EFT. Banking details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
- Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival: Full refund minus admin fee.
- Cancellations 30-60 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival: No refund.
- Individual lodge cancellation policies may differ — check your booking confirmation.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Standard check-in time: 14:00 (2:00 PM)
- Standard check-out time: 10:00 (10:00 AM)
- Times may vary by lodge. Please refer to your booking confirmation.
4. Guest Registration & Gate Access
- All guests must complete the gate access registration form before arrival.
- ID numbers and vehicle registration details are required for Mjejane Game Reserve security.
- The indemnity form must be signed by the lead guest.
5. Breakage Deposit
- A refundable breakage deposit is required for most lodges.
- The deposit amount varies by property and will be communicated at the time of booking.
- The deposit is refunded within 7 days after checkout, less any deductions for damages.
6. House Rules
- Maximum guest numbers must be strictly adhered to.
- No parties or excessive noise.
- No pets unless specifically stated as pet-friendly.
- Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and tidy.
- No open fires outside of designated braai areas.
7. Liability
- We Love Kruger acts as a booking agent and is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death occurring during your stay.
- Guests enter the Mjejane Game Reserve and Kruger National Park at their own risk.
- Wildlife is present and unpredictable. Guests must follow all safety guidelines.
